As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Responsible for generating new clients to the agency via multiple channels Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market our wide range of products and services. QUALIFICATIONS
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Compensation $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Apply Now State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
