
E-commerce Fulfillment Specialist

As an E-commerce Fulfillment Specialist, you will be the expert on in-store online order fulfillment. Your main responsibilities will include processing orders and training team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Fulfill Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within a four-hour timeframe to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Collect payments for BOPIS orders by conducting audits and ensuring team members are properly trained.
Fulfill and ship Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within a two-day timeframe, unless marked for next-day delivery.
Collaborate with Store Leadership and Corporate Partners on online fulfillment processes, procedures, reporting, and any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate organization and filing of all documentation related to online fulfillment.
Ensure all items are picked and packed according to company guidelines.
Prepare and package customer orders for shipment using the correct materials in a timely manner.
Coordinate and communicate daily online fulfillment needs within the store effectively.
Organize, stock, and fulfill layaway orders during holidays.
Promote customer loyalty programs, credit cards, and other company initiatives positively.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
Preferred experience: 2 years in retail e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse settings.
Able to lift and move 50 pounds regularly and climb ladders.
Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and uneven surfaces.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
