R-17240**Your Role**We are seeking a creative, self‐driven, and team‐focused Interior Designer to join our growing practice in . In this role, you’ll help deliver thoughtful, high‐quality design solutions for a diverse range of interior environments. You will collaborate closely with design leaders, project teams, and external partners to bring ideas to life—ensuring each project is both innovative and technically sound.**What You Will Do*** Contribute to the development of interior design concepts and space planning solutions* Support preparation of construction documents with a focus on accuracy and clarity* Participate in project coordination with consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies* Assist with material selection, finishes, pricing options, and product research* Provide design support through all phases of project development—from schematic design through construction administration* Help maintain project schedules, deliverables, and documentation with efficiency and attention to detail* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and consistent design quality.**Your Qualifications**You are* creative with fresh and innovative design ideas* self-motivated* team focused with excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills* able to manage time, tasks, and responsibilities proactively* proficient with Revit* preferably also proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop, BlueBeam and SketchUpYou have* the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment* a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture from an accredited program* 1-3 years of professional design experience, ideally inclusive of design experience for large-scale commercial projects* experience within a commercial design firm participating in all phases from schematic through construction administration* basic understanding of construction drawings, codes, and building processes* strong rendering skills preferably* demonstrated commitment to
