Digital Product Owner

Boston Scientific Gruppe, Osseo, MN, United States

About the role Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced and self‑driven Product Owner to join a newly created, high‑visibility group within our organization. Operating with a startup mentality, this team is responsible for developing and delivering innovative internal tools and applications that enhance capabilities and drive the business forward.

The Product Owner will take ownership of products and solutions, guide their development through our software development process, and make a lasting impact on both the team and the company. This role requires managing the product lifecycle from MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development to long‑term vision, while balancing the immediate needs of the business.

The Product Owner works closely with development teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure that business goals are met, delivering value quickly while maintaining future scalability. While not programming software, they champion their products from idea to launch and beyond.

At Boston Scientific, this hybrid model requires employees to be in our local office at least three (3) days per week.

Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.
