We hire talented people, challenge them, and give them every opportunity to grow.Job Summary The role of the **Director, Influencer** within Blue Hour Studios is to oversee the strategy and execution of influencer and creator marketing projects and deliverables. This person will work to deliver exceptional and inspired content across Blue Hour Studios clients’ influencer programs, using their rich account and influencer strategy experience and strategic direction to translate key business objectives into clear and concise deliverables. This position reports to the Vice President, Influencer, and will direct and oversee all social media and influencer/creator programs. They will work closely with the team to guide the development of proposals and content, oversee the contracting and execution of campaigns, manage the influencer marketing team and its administration, and drive the analysis of campaign results to inform future strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about the social ecosphere, actively participates within it, and deeply understands the social/digital media landscape.Main Duties and Responsibilities

**15%** **Campaign Management:** Oversee the delegation of tasks and manage team workload to ensure optimal efficiency and quality. Implement and manage a review process to ensure all work meets a high standard before internal or client distribution.Supervisory Responsibilities

10+ years of influencer marketing experience Experience with digital reporting, data, and analytics Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects Must have strong verbal and written communication skills **Salary Range:** $2,788.46 to $3,461.54 a week.
