40% Oversee integrations and reporting:

Manage data feeds and all salesforce integrations. Work with external partners, functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to gain a solid understanding of their processes and needs. Responsible for creating and maintaining reports and extracting insights from data for the organization.

40% Application Management:

Handle all essential administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks. CRM data management, including mass export/import, de‑duplication and record merging, reporting, and dashboard development. Manage all executive functions, such as maintenance of user accounts, and records. Hands‑on configuration of all features including user management, profiles, permissions, security, workflows, and other 3rd party applications.

20% Effective Partnership:

Collaborate with third‑party development team and develop custom solutions. Communicate regularly with internal departments on various requests and projects impacting the database.

Performs other duties as required

Management and Collaboration:

Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator and stakeholders to deliver the most effective Salesforce solutions.

Collaborate with the IT team by story planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and update Salesforce process documentation.

Manage the Salesforce systems architecture diagram.

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce administrator.

Well versed in Salesforce, for handling various business‑related issues.

Understanding of data and data migration methodologies.

Previous experience as a significant contributor to a new instance of Salesforce implementation at least once, or participation in large‑scale projects in existing Salesforce instances is highly desirable.

Possess great data administration skills to retain data arrangement and easy accessibility.

Ability to interact and communicate courteously and tactfully with managers, co‑workers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Competencies:

A proactive attitude to platform enhancements.

Excellent relationship‑building skills; effective communicator, translating requirements into technical solutions.

Experience in change management and governance.
