Senior Underwriter Entertainment P&C

Leading entertainment insurance organization in search of an experienced Senior Underwriter to join a highly profitable division and add to continued growth YOY. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 2 days in office (Los Angeles based).
About the Role This production underwriting role will focus mainly on new business. This individual will be assigned both retail and wholesale brokers partnerships throughout the western territory. A book of complex renewals may be maintained as well.
Ideal Talent
Candidates must have existing underwriting knowledge of property & casualty commercial insurance coverage (Property, GL, Auto, Inland Marine, Umbrella, Workers’ Compensation, and misc. coverage)
Experience writing entertainment industry segment is preferred (venues, touring entertainers, cast, DICE, media, theater, television, music videos etc.,)
Qualifications
3-5+ Years of Commercial P&C Underwriting Experience Required
1+ Year of Entertainment Insurance Experience Preferred
Existing Retail/Wholesale Broker Contacts Preferred
BA/BS Required
