
RevOps Data Analyst

Hiring a RevOps Data Analyst for a 6 month+ contract
Location: 1-2 days/week onsite in Tampa, FL office
Pay: $40-45/hr W2 DOE
This role supports forecasting and reporting processes and partners closely with Sales, Finance, and executive leadership.
In addition to commissions ownership, the role helps maintain core sales systems and data accuracy across CRM and forecasting platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own the commissions program end-to-end, including plan execution, calculations, data management & testing
Serve as the primary point of contact for commissions-related questions across IT, Sales, Finance, and leadership
Administer and manage the organization’s commission management platform, including plan configuration, validation, and ongoing system improvements
Participate in the weekly forecasting cadence, supporting CRM and forecasting system data integrity
Provide analytical insights to sales leadership regarding forecast movement, risk & attainment
Document commissions and forecasting processes end-to-end
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, modeling, and audit-ready reporting
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, and leadership teams
Comfortable presenting insights and analysis to senior leadership
Experience with Salesforce, Clari, or Spiff a plus
