Seeking a skilled UI Designer with strong Figma expertise and hands‑on product design experience. This role focuses on designing intuitive, compliant, and scalable user interfaces for complex healthcare and benefits administration workflows, including eligibility, claims, prior authorization, pricing, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
Design user‑centered interfaces for TPA, PBM, and SaaS applications using Figma
Translate complex product and regulatory requirements into clear, intuitive UI solutions
Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards to support rapid product scaling
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Compliance, and Engineering teams
Design interfaces for data‑dense workflows such as claims processing, benefit configuration, formularies, PA workflows, and analytics dashboards
Develop wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability best practices
Support design handoff and partner with engineers to ensure accurate implementation
Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and product metrics
Partner Directly with Product Management to translate business and user requirements into design solutions
Own the end‑to‑end process from requirements through engineering handoff
Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Design information architecture, user flows, and journey maps for complex workflows
Create effective data visualizations for tables, dashboards, and reporting tools
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in UI or Product Design, preferably in healthcare or enterprise SaaS
Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping)
Experience designing complex, role‑based workflows and administrative platforms
Strong understanding of SaaS product design principles and agile development
Ability to simplify complex healthcare, benefits, or pharmacy concepts into usable interfaces
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Portfolio demonstrating shipped enterprise or SaaS products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TPA, PBM, health plan, or payer platforms
Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, prior authorization workflows)
Experience building or maintaining enterprise design systems
Working knowledge of front‑end frameworks (HTML, CSS, React, etc.)
Experience with accessibility and inclusive design standards

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
