Operations & Marketing Coordinator (Executive Assistant to the Broker)
Brick + Parcel Real Estate Group is growing — and we are looking for an Operations & Marketing Coordinator (Executive Assistant to the Broker) who wants to grow with us!
This is not just an administrative job. This is a leadership-level operations role at the heart of a fast-moving, relationship-driven real estate business. You will work directly alongside the Broker/Owner and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while building systems that help the business scale.
If you love organization, improving processes, creating memorable client experiences, coordinating events, managing marketing initiatives, and bringing structure to moving parts, this role gives you the opportunity to own that.

Build and refine systems that increase efficiency
Elevate the client experience from first contact to long after closing
Coordinate marketing launches and listing rollouts
Help execute client events and appreciation initiatives
Serve as the operational backbone of a high-performing real estate team
