Two-Store Finance & Insurance Director
who is ready to lead, grow, and elevate the F&I experience across two iconic dealerships.

What You'll Do As our
Two-Store F&I Director , you’ll lead the finance operations for both locations while helping build a culture of performance, integrity, and customer experience.
Your mission will include:
Leading and developing the
F&I teams at both dealerships
Ensuring
best-in-class customer experiences
during the finance process
Driving
F&I performance, profitability, and compliance
Training and mentoring F&I managers and sales teams
Structuring deals and supporting the team to maximize opportunities
Maintaining strong relationships with lenders and product partners
Ensuring all deals meet
legal and compliance standards
Helping both stores grow stronger, faster, and more legendary
What We're Looking For We’re searching for someone who can
lead from the front and raise the bar .
Qualifications include:
Proven experience as a
F&I Manager or F&I Director
Strong leadership and team‑development skills
Deep knowledge of
automotive finance, lenders, and compliance
Ability to manage performance across
multiple locations
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment
