Job Duties
Complete the sales cycle by demonstrating the value of InfoLink data.
Answer end-user questions on software, network, and hardware settings.
Develop, deliver, and support training and consult with end users to ensure successful adoption of technology products.
Collaborate with project management and product installation teams.
Support retailer to ensure a favorable start to technology adoption.
Provide reports on prospecting, sales activities, and known market conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
5-7 years related experience
Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
Must have valid driving privileges
Extensive travel (over 20%)
Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)
Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business
Per 8-hour shift. Sit 8 hours and stand 0 hours. Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard. Infrequent lifting, walking and climbing stairs. Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to lead and gather retail management support to achieve company and customer objectives within a team environment.
Good communication both verbal and non-verbal, computer, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Basic IT wireless knowledge. Possess a strong knowledge of technology and competitor products.
