Job Summary
Arrowhead Golf Course is seeking a motivated and dependable
Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
to help lead daily golf course maintenance operations. This position works directly with the Superintendent and plays an important role in course conditioning, crew leadership, irrigation, and day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily golf course maintenance and course setup
Supervise, train, and support grounds crew staff
Help maintain playing conditions on greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, rough, and landscape areas
Assist with irrigation scheduling, troubleshooting, repairs, and water management
Monitor turf health and assist with fertilizer, chemical, and cultural practice programs
Inspect course conditions and help prioritize labor and daily tasks
Operate and train staff on maintenance equipment safely and effectively
Help prepare the course for leagues, tournaments, outings, and daily play
Assist with recordkeeping for spray applications, irrigation, labor, and maintenance activities
Step into leadership responsibilities in the Superintendent’s absence
Support course improvement projects as needed
