Services Sales Executive

to develop aftersales solutions and lead the sales process for the Embraer Services & Support portfolio—primarily, but not exclusively, for Embraer aircraft operators across the

Americas Region: North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean .

This position plays a key role in expanding Embraer’s aftermarket footprint, working closely with internal teams and external customers to deliver high‑value service solutions and support long-term customer relationships.

Purpose of the Role The Services Sales team oversees all aftermarket sales activities in the Americas region. This includes leading the sales pipeline across a broad range of MRO and support services, such as:

Material and Technical Services, including Pool Program, ECIP and eSolutions

Aircraft Modifications

Aircraft and Component Maintenance Services

Training Programs

Other aftermarket solutions provided by Embraer

The Services Sales Executive consolidates internal inputs, leads sales opportunities, supports customer satisfaction, and contributes to financial performance by managing and developing existing Services Agreements.

This professional also partners closely with Aircraft Sales Directors during all phases of aircraft sales campaigns, providing support in areas such as maintenance economics, Material & MRO offerings, and other technical or service‑related customer needs.

Additionally, the role works closely with the Sales Support and Proposals team at HQ to position service offerings competitively, and with CAMs and the field organization to define winning strategies for existing and potential customers.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Define and develop service products to be offered in the market.

Establish offer strategies, including pricing, positioning, packaging, and value differentiation.

Prepare product specifications for services and projects to be marketed.

Work with Product and Marketing teams to create and refine promotional and marketing documents.

Develop partnerships with market players to build joint service offerings when applicable.

Sales Execution & Market Engagement

Lead the sale of services across the Americas region.

Analyze and monitor the regional Materials and MRO market.

Represent Embraer in external seminars, conferences, and customer-facing events.

Conduct internal and external workshops and presentations as part of Embraer operator seminars and service offerings.

Internal Coordination & Feasibility

Negotiate with internal stakeholders to ensure feasibility of proposed services.

Ensure contractual conditions appropriately mitigate business risks, in alignment with Contracts, Legal, Insurance, and Finance teams.

Collaborate with the Maintenance department at HQ to help define policies for MRO centers.

Support negotiations with critical customers and buyer committees in complex environments.

Customer Relationship Management

Manage customer accounts, expectations, and satisfaction related to Sales Opportunities in partnership with CAMs.

Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based customer relationships.

Integrate cultural diversity and complexity into negotiation strategies.

Evaluate risks and support negotiations to achieve successful commercial outcomes.

Strategic Contribution

Contribute to company‑wide and market‑specific commercial strategies.

Propose segmentations and development actions to expand market share.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the scope of Services Sales.

Profile of the Suitable Candidate Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related fields.

Minimum of

10 years of experience

in the aviation or air transport industry, with meaningful sales related experience.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of aeronautical maintenance concepts and activities.

In-depth knowledge of commercial aviation regulations and air transport industry dynamics.

Familiarity with logistics and international trade processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic and complex environment.

Highly driven, able to capture customer requirements, understand priorities, and lead initiatives to close deals.

Flexible, customer‑focused, and able to operate with urgency.

Process‑oriented and committed to continuous improvement.

Skilled at integrating cultural diversity into customer and stakeholder engagements.

Additional Requirements

Availability to travel on short notice up to

40%

of the time.

Willingness to conduct international business trips and consider overseas opportunities for future career growth.

Fluent English (written and spoken) is

mandatory,

bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese, a plus.
