Maintenance Supervisor

Position and Schedule Maintenance Supervisor Full Time Shift: Monday - Friday and on Call

Responsibilities Direct all operations of the Grounds Department including maintaining of all lawns, trees, gardens, shrubbery, plants, ponds and fountains Maintains all parking areas Installs and maintains exterior signs Maintains boundary fencing Able to use and maintain all associated equipment and machinery Assists residents with gardening Removes snow and ice from roads and walks Exterior trash removal Replaces exterior and parking deck lights Maintains irrigation systems Other duties as requested by Administrator
Qualifications High school diploma or GED Required Leadership experience required Minimum 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance Must be able to lift heavy loads Ability to implement and initiate necessary plans to ensure proper maintenance of grounds Basic computer knowledge and experience
