Working as a close-knit team the organisation has successfully proven time and time again its ability to be a serious competitor in the construction industry.
This company carries out a complete range of decorating, building and repair work. They are looking to recruit experienced Multi-Trade Craftworkers who will be working on various contracts across London.
Travelling will play a major part in the role as the job will involve covering many different sites in and around
Kent , therefore driving is a must.
They are looking for Operatives with experience in:
Predominantly carpentry
Window care/repair
Render repairs
Brick / concrete repairs
Plastering
Painting and decorating
Pointing
Valid, full driving licence
The ability to work under their own initiative and to the specification of works/contract instructions
The ability to record all repairs effectively
Good communications skills
Previous experience in a similar role
Package
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
Holidays: 21 days of holiday + bank holidays + birthday day off. Christmas closure.
Additional Information
Nine-month probationary period
Eligible to work in the UK
