$120,000–$145,000 + $15k relocation + 12.5% bonus
We’re a fast‑growing, multi‑site organization looking for a Corporate Credit Manager to lead credit strategy, AR operations, and risk management across multiple business units. This is a high‑visibility role with real influence on cash flow, customer relationships, and company performance.
What You’ll Do
Own corporate credit policy, customer credit decisions, and overall credit risk strategy
Lead collections, dispute resolution, and AR operations to improve DSO and cash flow
Manage a multi‑location credit/AR team and build capabilities across three offices
Partner with sales, finance, operations, and IT to strengthen processes and support growth
Drive system improvements, reporting dashboards, and automation initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and legal requirements
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, or Business
6+ years of progressive credit/AR experience + 3–5 years in leadership
Experience in multi‑site or large‑scale ($500M+) environments preferred
Strong credit analysis, collections, GAAP knowledge, and ERP skills (SAP a plus)
Advanced Excel and familiarity with D&B/Experian tools
Ability to travel 30–40% domestically, with occasional international travel
Bonus Points
MBA, CPA, or credit certifications (CCE, CCRA, CBF)
Experience in construction materials or industrial sectors
Background implementing credit systems, automation, or M&A integration
