Customer Service Representative - Sales & Product Specialist Shift:

Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Starting Pay:

$17.00/hour

What You'll Do Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice supporting customers via phone, email, and chat

Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism and care

Process orders, returns, exchanges, and credits accurately

Follow up to ensure every customer has a great experience

Drive Sales & Build Relationships

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products

Turn inquiries into sales through consultative conversations

Follow up on quotes, past purchases, and potential opportunities

Support promotions and help achieve team sales goals

Become a Product Expert

Learn and master our product lines inside and out

Guide customers to the best solutions for their needs and budget

Stay up to date on new products and updates

Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

4+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or similar role

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to influence purchasing decisions or upsell products

Comfort learning and explaining technical or specialized products

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
