Position Summary Customer Service Representative - Sales & Product Specialist

This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Resolve questions and concerns, process orders, returns, exchanges, and credits accurately, and follow up to ensure a positive customer experience.

Actively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, turning inquiries into sales through consultative conversations.

Follow up on quotes, past purchases, and potential opportunities while supporting promotions and contributing to team sales goals.

Become highly knowledgeable about product lines, guiding customers to the best solutions for their needs and budget.

Stay current on new products and updates, and share valuable customer feedback with internal teams.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with at least four years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, demonstrated ability to influence purchasing decisions and explain technical or specialized products.

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Customer‑first mindset, strong problem‑solving abilities, confidence in consultative sales conversations.

Attention to detail, excellent follow‑through, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Positive, adaptable attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Position may be performed in an office, hybrid, or remote environment based on business needs; requires regular use of phone and computer systems. Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
