
Marketing Project/ Traffic Manager

Overview
This individual will oversee marketing project timelines, resource allocation, and production schedules to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic objectives. The role requires strong organizational discipline, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment. The department is typically running over 400 project tasks concurrently and uses Asana as our project management tool tracker and Salesforce for Marketing Analytics.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing complex marketing workflows across multiple channels including digital, print, retail, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities – Marketing Project Management
Own the intake, prioritization, and management of marketing requests across departments and business units
Translate strategic marketing initiatives into actionable project plans with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Manage project schedules to ensure campaigns and assets are delivered on time and meet business objectives
Issue, optimize, and maintain project tracking reports daily/weekly
Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and proactively implement solutions
Work on product and service launches with CMO and special project planning
Traffic & Workflow Management
Manage the day-to-day workflow of the marketing and creative teams to ensure efficient allocation of resources
Coordinate project assignments across internal teams and external agency partners, legal, and compliance departments
Maintain clear visibility into project status, timelines, and priorities across all marketing initiatives
Ensure projects move through established review, approval, and production processes efficiently
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the primary liaison between marketing, creative, digital, brand, field operations, legal, and executive stakeholders
Facilitate and drive project kickoffs, weekly status meetings, and cross‑functional updates
Ensure alignment across teams to support integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives
Manage communication and expectations across stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Manage and coordinate department budget and project billing with accounting and finance
Campaign Execution & Production
Coordinate the development and production of marketing assets including digital, print, retail materials, and promotional campaigns
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Support the coordination of campaign launches across channels including paid media, digital platforms, photoshoots, events, and in‑center marketing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing project management, traffic management, or marketing operations
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail environments
Strong experience with project management and workflow tools (Asana or similar platforms)
Experience with Salesforce.com
Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with creative teams, media teams, and external agencies
