We’re seeking a
Content Designer / UX Writer
to support a leading company specializing in financial services. This role is based on-site, and the contract is expected to last between four to six months, offering an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences.
Content Designer / UX Writer Responsibilities
Develop clear and engaging content for onboarding processes, including forms, support messages, and error notifications.
Establish and maintain style guides and content standards specific to onboarding experiences.
Create helpful resources such as FAQs, tooltips, and educational materials that assist clients during onboarding.
Ensure all content meets accessibility, regulatory, and plain language standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reusable content components and improve consistency across platforms.
Content Designer / UX Writer Qualifications
Over five years of experience in content design, UX writing, or similar fields.
Proven track record designing application and onboarding flows for digital products.
Demonstrated ability to produce user-centered content within established design systems.
Strong portfolio showcasing clear and effective writing for complex user experiences.
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, Confluence, or similar.
