Location: Various community festival locations in the Greater Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Hickory areas
Job Type: Part-time, Saturdays and some Sundays only
Salary: $15/hour plus gas and parking stipend
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Festival Staff Person/Company Spokesperson to represent our company at various community festivals. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand, engaging with festival attendees, and providing a positive experience for all visitors. This is a part-time position, with shifts on Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of the company at community festivals
Promote our brand and products to festival attendees
Engage with visitors and answer questions about the company
Set up and take down company booth and materials at festivals
Keep accurate records of festival attendance and interactions
Obtain contact information from prospective customers
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Represent the company in a respectful and responsible manner
Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Energetic and outgoing personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from festival locations
Must be able to work a few Saturdays a month
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
Must be at least 18 years old
