We are looking for a National Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and developing a Territory Team (Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives) who drive sales to end-users through our network of channel resellers. This role is pivotal in executing strategic sales initiatives, managing performance accountability, and driving market share growth across all territories. Job Type: Direct hire Location: Remote, US Pay Range: Base $125k to $135k, plus commission. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Coaching

Lead, mentor, and coach Territory Teams to achieve individual and team sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer success. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. Sales Strategy & Execution

Guide the development and execution of territory account plans (PTEP) targeting end-users, ensuring alignment with company goals and channel strategies. Drive funnel development, opportunity management, and conversion through the reseller channel. Forecasting & Reporting

Manage national sales forecasting, funnel reporting, and Combined POS (CPOS) performance tracking. Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth. Present regular updates to Sr. Director of Sales on sales performance and strategic initiatives. Performance Accountability

Establish clear KPIs, monitor results, and implement timely corrective actions to ensure targets are achieved. Drive professional development for both hardware and software. Market Development

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market share within assigned territories. Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Product Management and Sales Operations to support demand generation and reseller engagement. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Travel Requirements:

Up to 30% travel to support Territory Account Managers, attend key customer meetings and events. Note: This job description outlines the primary duties and responsibilities of the role.
