Position Responsibilities
Direct daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all locations.
Mentor and develop leadership teams, fostering a culture of hospitality excellence and operational efficiency.
Analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth and strict cost control.
Develop and implement operational procedures, including training manuals and digital resources for staff development.
Lead training programs for new corporate restaurant openings and branding initiatives.
Manage online brand reputation by overseeing guest feedback on platforms like Yelp and Google.
Collaborate with corporate departments to streamline communication and resolve employee relations issues.
Position Requirements
Proven experience in a senior multi-unit leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L, labor, and COGS effectively.
Willingness to travel regularly between California and Hawaii locations.
Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
Excellent communication skills and a track record of building high-performing teams.
Compensation Package Details
Competitive Base Salary-$135-145,000 ideal target range
Performance-Based Bonus Program-20%
