Your duties will include: Managing your territory and expanding, creating and maintaining relationships by calling and meeting with facilities directors, building owners, and purchasing directors Helping maintain contact with current customers Making connections with customers by visiting facilities to assess service needs and offer tailored solutions Getting on roofs to conduct thorough inspections and spot opportunities to give winning, professional and detailed quotes for service needs Staying organized and keeping up to date information on contacts and operations in our management system, while thriving in a dynamic, challenging, fast paced environment Supporting regional sales efforts Keeping track of all sales communication as well as providing insights on any lost business to help us keep improving What you bring to the table: A high school diploma and at least 3 years of sales experience, roofing experience preferred Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated, proactive attitude Maintain professionalism Organizational skills and a knack for math Offering a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays! Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
