Belk - 1234 Main Street USA Tuscaloosa - Responsibilities: Monitor store activity through observation, camera systems, and floor walks to identify and prevent incidents of theft, fraud, and dishonesty.; Assist with internal, external, and organized retail crime incidents in accordance with case procedures, company standards, and applicable laws.; Build strong working relationships with local law enforcement to support collaboration and successful case resolution.; Support education of store team in asset protection, emergency response, and safety programs to enhance storewide compliance.; Embody the values of the Asset Protection Mission Statement by protecting the company's profitability, serving as a change agent, and contributing to a store culture of teamwork, collaboration, trust, and accountability.
