About the Role We’re looking for a data‑driven, systems‑minded Growth Marketing Manager with deep HubSpot expertise to own and scale our marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving pipeline growth while building the automation, reporting, and optimization infrastructure that powers it. You’ll be responsible for accelerating demand generation, optimizing the full funnel, and ensuring HubSpot is fully leveraged as a revenue‑driving platform across marketing and sales. Responsibilities Growth & Demand Generation
Own and execute multi‑channel growth strategies to drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline
Develop and run experiments across email, paid media, organic, and website
Optimize conversion rates across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and nurture flows
Build scalable lead generation programs aligned to ICP and vertical strategy
Partner with sales to improve lead quality, routing, and conversion
HubSpot Ownership & Optimization
Serve as the in‑house HubSpot expert and system owner
Build and optimize workflows, automation, scoring models, and lifecycle stages
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tied to pipeline and revenue
Manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools (Salesforce, paid media, etc.)
Ensure clean data architecture and marketing‑sales alignment within the CRM
Lead marketing attribution modeling and performance tracking
Funnel & Revenue Optimization
Analyze full‑funnel performance and identify drop‑offs
Improve nurture sequences and lifecycle marketing programs
Implement segmentation strategies to improve personalization and engagement
Develop account‑based marketing workflows within HubSpot
Qualifications Experience
6‑8+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing
3+ years of hands‑on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub + Sales Hub required)
Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth
Experience managing marketing automation and CRM systems
Technical & Analytical Skills
Advanced HubSpot workflow and automation expertise
Strong understanding of attribution models and funnel analytics
Experience with A/B testing
Comfort working with data, dashboards, and revenue reporting
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and marketing tech stacks
Experience with Google ads
Mindset
Experimental and performance‑oriented
Highly analytical and systems‑driven
Comfortable balancing strategy and execution
Strong cross‑functional collaborator (sales, ops, leadership)
Nice to Have
HubSpot certifications
Experience in B2B SaaS and/or startup environment
ABM experience
Paid media management experience
SQL or advanced data analysis skills
Video editing and production skills
