Regional Marketing Manager – Nashville
Job Purpose Execute local awareness and engagement activities representing LP high value‑add products to grow the business objectives on a regional level. Marketing support will include strategy development, marketing program implementation, set‑up and coordination of local events, tactical budget tracking, reporting, cross‑functional coordination, customer‑facing meetings, vendor support, co‑op materials and communications.
Responsibilities
Assist and own the development, execution and communication of customer marketing plans that align to LP KPIs as well as customer goals
Assist with budgets and marketing programs to drive incremental sales including developing and tracking metrics to measure program effectiveness
Work cross‑functionally and within marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of projects and develop strong working relationships with sales, legal, strategic accounts, vendors and other key business drivers to execute strategic initiatives
Support the management of assigned marketing budgets including tracking and report outs
Assist in the development of compelling value‑propositions and product promotional tools to increase conversions, drive sales and increase pull‑through demand
Develop and direct the creative work for key product or multiple business or product groups, including Point‑of‑Sale (POS), print advertising, radio advertising, product catalogues, outdoor advertising, brochures, sales support materials, and other marketing materials
Partner within LP’s National Account Managers, District Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to meet common sales growth targets
Working with sales resources, assist with the communication of new product and service opportunities, marketing program opportunities, or any other relevant information/events to current or potential future customers
Provide sales team support for all needs relating to collateral, program and marketing initiatives
Perform business analysis activities to support the development of all associated marketing projects and strategies
Provide post‑promotional analysis for ROI measurement and future planning of projects and strategies
Ensure all marketing materials and programming are compliant with corporate and business quality, technical, and legal standards
Perform all required departmental marketing communications to vendors, external, and internal customers
Assist with planning and supporting customer events and/or sales events as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations

Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks
Ability to work efficiently to manage workload while meeting tight deadlines or customer requests
Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a self‑directed environment
Comfort with relevant sales and marketing computer programs, i.e. CRM, Microsoft Office
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to coordinate execution in cross‑functional teams
Ability to drive strategies aligned to customer focus
Demonstrates can‑do attitude, shows initiative and proactively collaborates with others
Experience
7+ years’ business, marketing, and/or sales management experience
Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience. MBA preferred
Work Environment
Hybrid working environment
Some lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs may be required
Travel minimum of 50%
