What You'll Do Customer Experience:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Identify customer needs through effective listening and communication

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Sales Process:

Demonstrate and present new and pre-owned vehicles

Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs and budget

Clearly explain financing and leasing options

Negotiate sales professionally and ethically

Follow up with leads and customers to close deals and maintain relationships

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

Product Knowledge:

Maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, pricing, and promotions

Stay informed on new models and industry trends

Present vehicle features and benefits effectively

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with sales managers, finance managers, and service staff

Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Maintain a professional and organized showroom and lot

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)

Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus)

Strong communication and people skills

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Automotive sales experience

E-Leads CRM software experience is a plus

Knowledge of vehicle financing and leasing

Bilingual skills are a plus
