To support our growth in the

Control Rooms Business Unit , we are looking for a

Product Specialist . You are responsible for supporting the organisation and the partners/customers with expert know-how on the Barco products through training, demos, or the development of sales tools that support the conversations throughout the sales journey. As the liaison between Sales and Product Management/Marketing, you collect key customers and user insights and feed them back to the product managers.

Key responsibilities

Have a deep understanding of how the product works and are able to present the value proposition to sales, partners, and customers.

As an expert in your products, you support both internal and external stakeholders in defining, preparing & communicating the best technical solution to our customers.

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Training on the creation of training and marketing materials for internal and external use.

You are the technical lead and demonstrator for trade shows.

Support the sales teams in product demonstrations and answering technical questions of partners or customers during the pre-sales process.

Produce technical documents or product videos addressing key product capabilities and frequently asked questions.

Collect insights and feedback on products and competition from customers/partners and feed them back to the product managers.

Evangelize your products towards partners and in the broader industry.

Your profile

You hold a technical degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position within a technical environment.

You bring a strong technical IT foundation; experience with AV or KVM-over‑IP, cybersecurity, or networking is a valuable asset.

You like to present to an audience, are good at interacting with people, and are curious about new ideas.

You naturally integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to boost efficiency, insight, and customer value.

You are willing to travel up to 20% of your time.
