Salary Range: $22.02 To $23.15 Hourly

Assistant Program Director
and help lead programs that support individuals experiencing homelessness and those living with mental health and substance use challenges.
This position assists in the oversight of the
Community Housing Assistance Program (CHAP)
and the
Young Adult/MICA Case Management Program , ensuring high-quality services that promote stability, independence, and long-term housing success.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide
direct supervision and support to program staff .
Conduct
participant intakes
and assist with service planning.
Assist with
funding requirements and regulatory compliance
for CHAP and Young Adult/MICA programs.
Support
data collection, documentation, and program reporting .
Monitor service delivery through
quality assurance activities and direct service oversight .
Collaborate with leadership to ensure effective program operations.
Promote a
culture of inclusion and belonging .
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred
(equivalent experience considered).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience
working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of
HUD Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) policies and regulations
a plus.
Experience with
HMIS and AWARDS databases strongly preferred.
Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
