The school is seeking an individual who will provide excellent undergraduate instruction, incorporate current techniques in teaching, and work collaboratively, including across disciplines, to strengthen the school’s business programs.## **Key Job Responsibilities:*** May supervise student employees involved in development or delivery of instruction* Collaborates with department faculty and staff to develop teaching strategies relevant to the discipline* Contributes to the development of teaching and learning scholarly work including publications and presentations* Contributes to the strategic development of curriculum and academic content through various mediums to ensure the integrity of the educational mission of the work unit* Develops and designs curriculum and instructional material relevant to a course of instruction* Advises students on academic and career direction within a specific field of study* Facilitates classroom, online and/or laboratory instruction, including assessment of student performance**Department:** School of Business and EconomicsFull-Time: 100%, Instructional Academic Staff, 9-month ongoing appointment, one vacancy**Job Responsibilities:*** Teach courses in the Management and Marketing concentrations of Business Administration.
Courses to be taught may include Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, Human Resource Management, Marketing Strategy and other management and marketing courses as assigned by the Director of the School of Business and Economics.* Advise students.* Maintain scholarly activity and provide professionally related services to the campus and community.**Other Duties:*** Complete required trainings and professional development as assigned.* Other duties as assigned.**Required Qualifications:*** Earned MBA, Master’s in Management, or Master’s in other relevant business disciplines from a regionally accredited institution is required by start date* University level teaching experience in businessThe University of Wisconsin-Superior does not offer H-1B or other work authorization immigration sponsorship for this position.
