What You’ll Do Lead Client Relationships Serve as a primary contact for clients, building trusted partnerships rooted in understanding their business objectives, challenges, and motivations. Manage smaller, tactical clients independently and lead most client meetings with clear agendas and defined outcomes.
Elevate Presentations & Communication Make every presentation thoughtful and well-structured — with clear objectives, strong storytelling, polished decks, and zero errors. Ensure work reflects Co’s standards across organization, flow, and design.
Drive Strategy & Execution Help lead development and execution of integrated advertising plans aligned with client goals. Write clear, actionable tactical briefs and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned from kickoff through launch.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Media, Analytics, and Production to ensure seamless execution. Identify where collaboration is needed, proactively resolve issues, and mentor Account Executives as assigned.
Manage Campaigns End-to-End Oversee campaign planning, timelines, budgets, and performance. Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality. Collaborate with Media and Analytics to implement optimizations. When needed, support asset delivery coordination with Ad Ops.
Set the Bar for Quality Review briefs, creative, media plans, and reporting with a critical eye. Ensure brand accuracy, rights management, and error-free execution. Continuously look for ways to improve the work.
Own Financial Health Manage client budgets with precision. Support revenue forecasting, develop complex scopes, and maintain regular alignment with Finance to ensure strong account health.
Support Growth Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches as needed.
What We’re Looking For
6–9 years of account management experience in an advertising or marketing agency
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Proven leadership and mentoring capability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience managing budgets, scopes, and forecasting
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
A proactive, forward-thinking mindset
