Accountabilities
Own email strategy across the funnel
Build and optimize nurture programs across all product lines
Translate demand gen priorities into high-performing email campaigns
Integrate email deeply into ABM programs for priority enterprise accounts
Manage campaign builds, workflow creation, dynamic content, and automation logic in HubSpot
Maintain clean segmentation and database hygiene in partnership with Marketing Operations
Ensure deliverability, compliance, and operational excellence
Report on engagement, segmentation performance, and pipeline influence
Build and manage a structured A/B testing roadmap
Partner with RevOps for accurate attribution and performance visibility
Requirements
3 – 5+ years of B2B or financial services email marketing experience
Proven experience building and optimizing nurture programs in complex sales cycles
Strong expertise in HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, reporting, automation)
Experience supporting enterprise or target account marketing motions
Analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into optimization strategies
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, OpenClaw)
Strong execution skills with attention to detail

Base salary and bonus ranging between $100,000 - $140,000
