Caldera Medical’s Mission - To Improve the Quality of Life for Women! About Caldera Medical Caldera Medical is a growing medical device company with a clear mission: to improve the quality of life for women. We design and manufacture innovative surgical products used by physicians across the country, and we're at an exciting inflection point — scaling our brand, expanding our product lines, and reaching a wider audience of healthcare providers.

The Opportunity We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the Healthcare provider marketing strategy for key product lines and play a visible role in the company's growth. This is a high-autonomy position where you'll shape how our brand shows up in the market — from new product development to the trade show floor.

You’ll report to VP, US Commercialization and work closely with sales, R&D, and executive leadership. If you've been looking for a role where your work directly drives revenue and you can see the impact of your decisions, this is it.

What You’ll Own

Downstream Marketing

Build and run B2B digital campaigns with a strong emphasis on email marketing — lead nurturing, segmentation, automation, and performance optimization. Track results, report on KPIs, and continuously improve ROI. Create compelling content across channels — email, presentations, social media, and trade show materials.

Trade Shows & Events

Plan and manage trade show participation from start to finish: logistics, booth design, lead generation, and post-event follow-up. You’ll travel roughly 30% of the time to represent Caldera at industry events.

Upstream Marketing

Partner with R&D and surgeons to ensure portfolio efforts align with business goals.

Product Line Strategy & Launches

Lead the marketing strategy, positioning, and lifecycle performance for an assigned product line. Own product launches end-to-end — from messaging and materials to cross-functional coordination and go-to-market execution.

Market Intelligence

Research industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to sharpen our positioning and keep us ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For Required:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field

5+ years of marketing experience, including hands-on trade show management and digital campaign execution

Proven track record growing revenue with strategic marketing, including marketing automation tools

Proficiency with CRM and digital marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)

Strong analytical skills — you’re comfortable interpreting campaign data and making decisions based on it

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

30% travel required for trade shows and events.

Preferred:

Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a regulated industry

Comfort working in a growth-stage company where priorities evolve and you wear multiple hats

Strong project management instincts — you can juggle several initiatives without dropping the ball
