How you will be Compensated

$23.50-$33.00/hr Depending on Experience

What you will Do:

Provide quality internal customer service to peers by maintaining relationships, managing expectations, and using professional communication that is friendly, timely and clear

Supports in the build, deployment, and renewal update of in-house benefit administrative technology solutions

Coordinates and prepares new case implementation submissions for the account management team

Supports production to ensure delivery of new hire and open enrollment employee communications

Participates in education that provides professional growth and development

Protects confidential information based on HIPAA and other regulatory privacy laws

Qualifications

High school degree

Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as ability to learn new applications

Current CA Life & Health Insurance license or ability to become licensed within first 6 months of employment
