Who You Are You are a healthcare professional ready to direct operations and pave the way for our high level of senior care. This role directs the operation of the community Resident Services Department focusing on resident care, regulatory compliance, staff management, cost containment, and marketing Memory Care / Assisted Living program services.

What You'll Do

Direct the operation of the Community's resident services department

Direct the hiring and assignment of duties of licensed and non-licensed staff

Evaluate residents' condition and care needs to determine the level of assistance needed

Evaluate resident records on an ongoing basis

Ensure availability of supplies and equipment related to the resident services

Provide ongoing teaching and training to staff

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Maintains a current and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing in the residing state

Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire

Previous experience in a supervisory position (Geriatrics preferred)

Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations

Must have ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
