Senior Growth Product Analyst (Digital Products)
Vse Inc, Washington, NJ, United States
Senior Growth Product Analyst (Digital Products)
Voice Systems Engineering (VSE) is a dynamic organization driven by innovation and a shared passion for positively impacting people's lives. Specializing in advisor-based technology platforms, we operate across various service sectors, including psychic guidance and wellness, with our flagship brand, Psychic Source, leading the way.
Our vision at VSE centers on the belief that when talented individuals unite, possibilities become limitless. Rooted in a remote-first environment,we'vecultivated a culture that embraces diversity, equity, work-life balance, and a true sense of belonging.
We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Senior Growth Product Analyst with experience in B2C or DTC environments to own the product performance framework and experimentation strategy across our digital product ecosystem.
This is not a reporting or BI support role.
This is a high-impact, embedded digital product role responsible for defining how we measure success across the customer lifecycle — from acquisition through engagement, retention, and revenue — and translating digital user behavior into clear, actionable product decisions.
As a small, fast-moving company, we need someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds systems from scratch, and operates with both strategic vision and technical depth.
What You’ll Own Product Performance Framework
Design and evolve our end-to-end digital product KPI architecture across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
Establish and maintain a true single source of truth for product performance data across analytics platforms
Define metric logic, lifecycle definitions, and measurement guardrails that drive digital product roadmap prioritization
Experimentation & Growth
Design and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments across digital user journeys, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels
Partner closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to prioritize experiments based on opportunity sizing and behavioral insight
Translate experiment results into clear strategic recommendations that improve product adoption, engagement, and conversion
Product Analytics Implementation
Own digital event tracking strategy, taxonomy, and instrumentation across our web and mobile applications
Lead implementation and optimization of tools such as Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Clarity, Optimizely, and Google Analytics
Ensure clean, high-fidelity product data flows across systems to support accurate experimentation and performance measurement
Insight & Product Influence
Surface actionable behavioral insights about how users interact with our digital products
Embed insights directly into Aha! and Jira to support product prioritization and roadmap decisions
Combine quantitative product analytics with qualitative feedback loops to create a complete picture of the user experience
You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You
Have 5+ years in product analytics or growth analytics for digital products in B2C or DTC environments
Have worked in small to mid-sized technology companies where you owned the full product analytics lifecycle
Have built product KPI frameworks and lifecycle metrics from scratch, not just maintained dashboards
Have independently designed and analyzed experiments on digital user experiences
Have owned event mapping, tagging plans, and product instrumentation
Are highly proficient in SQL and building automated product performance dashboards
Understand UX and product design principles and how user behavior impacts product metrics
Thrive in environments where you must think strategically and execute tactically
This Role Is NOT
A traditional Business Analyst role focused on requirements gathering
A centralized BI reporting role supporting multiple departments
A pure Data Analyst role focused only on dashboards
This role owns digital product performance strategy.
Why This Role Is Unique You will define how our digital products measure success.
In a small company, that means:
High visibility with product and executive leadership
Direct influence on the product roadmap
Broad ownership across product analytics tools and experimentation frameworks
Real impact on the growth trajectory of our digital products
