Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Banker, based in St. Louis, MO. The Personal Banker will be responsible for assisting clients with their financial needs, including opening new accounts, managing deposits, and providing personalized banking products and services. The role will also require offering exceptional customer service, explaining various banking solutions, and supporting clients in reaching their financial goals.
Qualifications
Experience with Personal Banking, including deep knowledge of products and services tailored to individual and family needs
Strong skills in Deposits and Opening New Accounts
Understanding of Finance and basic financial principles applicable to banking
Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-first mindset and a commitment to building strong relationships
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Proficiency in banking software and tools is a plus
At least a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in personal or retail banking is an asset
