Description
Must‑Haves: 4–8 years of professional architectural experience
Advanced Revit proficiency (families, modeling, coordinated CD sets)
Experience on K–12 or institutional projects
Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and codes
Ability to coordinate with MEP/structural consultants
Skilled in producing SD → DD → CD documentation
Strong communication; able to work in a collaborative team environment
Progress toward architectural licensure (preferred)
Experience with Enscape, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe
Familiarity with LEED/CHPS/WELL or other sustainability frameworks
