What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with healthcare providers to identify needs and educate stakeholders on immunotherapy compounds
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, understanding their practice structures and business models
Analyze trends in drug distribution and evaluate purchasing patterns to inform sales strategies
Develop short- and long-term account plans in collaboration with stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of oncology field sales experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required by the role
Strong understanding of cancer staging, treatment options, and the impact of clinical trials
Proven ability to build business relationships and engage effectively with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Documented history of strong performance in sales or oncology clinical roles
Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors, including women's cancers
Candidates with 0-2 years of oncology field sales experience will be considered for the S2 level
Candidates with 2+ years of oncology field sales experience will be considered for the S3 level
