Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. This full-time internship offers hands‑on experience supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives, including events, digital marketing, social media, content creation, campaign execution, and analytics. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in gaining real‑world experience within the financial services industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, and print channels
Support social media content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
Help update and maintain website content and landing pages
Assist with email marketing creation, testing, and deployment
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Support event planning and promotion efforts
Help track and report on campaign performance and metrics
Assist with creative project coordination, including working with internal teams and external vendors
Provide general administrative and project support to the Marketing team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Experience with design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Pursuit of Bachelor's degree
Entry level knowledge of business environment
Interest in financial services or community banking preferred
PAY RANGE:
$20.00/hourly
