Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Summary CSC Fund Administration, a leader in US fund administration services, is searching for an experienced and talented Manager of Investor Services (IS), with at least 5 to 7 years of experience, for US Fund Services. The focus of this role will be overseeing a team of Investor Services specialists and the US Fund Services’ Investor Portal, while working alongside the other members of the senior leadership team to manage the general operations of the Onboarding, AML/KYC and IS group and the designated department goals.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with other senior members of the US Fund Administration department to carry out shared goals and objectives
Ensures that departmental decisions and budgets support the department’s goals including staffing requirements and team structures
Oversees an Investor Services team to ensure high quality of client deliverables and efficient processes
Orchestrates client deliverables amongst the team to ensure balanced workloads and client SLAs are met timely
Reviews staff assignments for completeness and accuracy
Lead client/department meetings and projects, as needed
Assists with the enhancement of investor portal features and functions
Responsible for hiring, talent development (e.g., career paths) and performance management for the team
Maintains knowledge of emerging trends and tools in the fund administration sector
Other responsibilities as deemed necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, accounting or finance; MBA preferred
Proven inspirational leader and manager of people, with experience of managing and developing effective teams, managing and planning resources to achieve aggressive goals in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
At least seven years of industry experience with a proven track record of running and improving a service operation
The ideal candidate will have experience in closed end Investor Services
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Project management experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
