Overview:

We are seeking a hands‑on Sage Intacct Reporting Specialist to support our client in the design, development, and automation of financial reporting within the Sage Intacct ERP environment. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail‑oriented, and naturally inclined toward problem‑solving—someone who enjoys “getting under the hood” to configure, optimize, and streamline reporting workflows. Key Responsibilities:

Reporting Design & Development

Build, customize, and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytics within Sage Intacct. Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions across GL, AP, AR, Projects, and other financial modules. Develop dimensional reporting structures leveraging Intacct’s multi‑entity and multi‑dimensional capabilities. Automation & Workflow Optimization

Automate recurring reporting tasks, monthly financial packages, and data flows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. Configure and refine reporting workflows, approval paths, and system logic to support process efficiency and internal controls. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes using Intacct features, smart rules, smart events, and templates. System Configuration & Administration

Support configuration of Sage Intacct modules and reporting tools aligned with financial and operational needs. Maintain reporting structures, dimensions, chart of accounts elements, and role‑based access required for accurate reporting. Troubleshoot system issues related to reporting, data integrity, or configuration settings. Stakeholder Support & Collaboration

Partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into system‑based solutions. Provide cross‑functional support during month‑end close, audits, budgeting cycles, and system enhancements. Deliver guidance, training, and documentation to end‑users on reporting best practices and functionality. Required Experience & Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience working with Sage Intacct, preferably in reporting, analytics, or system administration roles. Strong understanding of financial reporting principles, GL structures, and accounting workflows. Prior experience designing and automating financial reports, dashboards, and data flows. Hands‑on system configuration skills and comfort navigating complex ERP environments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a practical, solution‑oriented mindset. Ability to work closely with Accounting/Finance teams and translate requirements into technical configurations. Preferred Skills:

Experience with Intacct Platform Services (Smart Events, Smart Rules). Familiarity with multi‑entity consolidations, dimensional reporting, or project accounting. Exposure to AP/AR automation, integrations, or financial process improvement initiatives.
