Senior Benefit Services is seeking a full time Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This is an inside sales and client services role supporting an established book of business of over 1,000 clients. This position works closely with an agency owner and plays a key role in managing ongoing client relationships. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to seniors, guiding them through Medicare and retirement insurance decisions to ensure they have coverage that best fits their healthcare and financial needs. Because we represent over 50 insurance carriers, you will be able to shop the market and provide customized, unbiased recommendations.

What would I do on a typical day?
Serve as the primary point of contact for an established book of Medicare clients
Consult with existing and prospective clients to understand healthcare and financial needs
Assist Medicare eligible individuals in selecting insurance coverage that best meets their needs
Support clients through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Provide ongoing service including benefit activation, provider searches, , and issue resolution
Proactively follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships and long term retention
Work closely with the agency owner to deliver a consistent, high quality client experience
What qualifications do I need?
Hardworking, dependable, and service oriented mindset
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Comfort managing a high volume of client relationships
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence navigating CRM systems
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
