Role Description This is a full-time and part-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Rogers, AR. The Sales Agent will assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include client consultations, property showings, market research, negotiating contracts, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through every stage of the real estate process. The Sales Agent will also actively build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts to generate leads and stay informed about local market trends.
Qualifications
Real estate sales expertise, including knowledge of industry practices, market trends, and property valuation methods
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to provide a positive client experience and build lasting relationships
Proficiency in negotiation, contract preparation, and transaction management
Marketing and networking skills to generate leads and promote properties effectively
Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Active real estate license in the state of Arkansas
Proficiency in using real estate tools and technology, including MLS platforms and CRM software
Reliable transportation to facilitate property visits and client meetings
Previous real estate experience is advantageous, but candidates with a strong passion to grow in the real estate industry are encouraged to apply
