Construction Superintendent

We are actively seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on K-12 and educational facility projects. This role is ideal for a hands on leader who thrives in active campus environments and understands the importance of safety, coordination, and delivering projects on schedule.
What You Will Do:
Lead daily on site construction activities from start to completion.
Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to meet key project milestones.
Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and school district standards.
Maintain strict safety protocols within occupied campus environments.
Partner with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and district stakeholders.
Proactively resolve field issues to protect schedule and budget.
Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and progress updates.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience as a Superintendent on K-12 or educational construction projects.
Strong knowledge of building codes, site logistics, and safety standards.
Experience working in active or occupied school environments.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Comfortable using construction management software.
