What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Contact patients through our internal calling system to schedule mammograms and other imaging exams
Educate patients about the importance of early cancer detection through regular screening exams
Utilize scripts and handle objections to successfully schedule appointments
Identify patient needs and offer appropriate service solutions and support
Manage a high volume of calls efficiently and professionally
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma with at least 1 year of medical or radiology office experience (or relevant medical training/education)
Excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a quiet, uninterrupted space free from outside noise
Access to high‑speed internet
Knowledge of medical terminology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Demonstrated ability to communicate and cooperate professionally with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, and vendors
Initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, and integrity in all areas of performance
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance standards
Understanding of HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards
Ability to practice universal safety precautions
