Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently seeking a talented professional for the following opportunity:
Residential Outreach Specialist $1,500 Stay Bonus + Company Paid Health Care
Base salary of $41,600 a year + Incentive pay
The Residential Outreach Specialist will work in the Energy Savings Assistance program delivering energy and cost saving solutions to underserved and vulnerable populations around San Diego County. This position is a rewarding way to work and give back to the community.
What you will be doing:
Introducing the Energy Saving Assistance program and explaining this free benefit to the customer
Explain the enrollment process and collect all required documents
Perform an energy assessment of the customers home and install small measures
Educate the customer on tips and tricks to saving energy
Skills we are looking for:
Ability to work within diverse communities
Ability to work well independently and as a team
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable personal vehicle
Current drivers license and vehicle insurance
Good driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening
Experience in a sales environment is a plus
Previous experience and/or knowledge in the energy field is a plus
