Role Description This part-time hybrid role of Real Estate Agent is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. Responsibilities include assisting buyers, sellers, and renters in navigating transactions, conducting property showings, representing clients in negotiations, and ensuring a seamless real estate experience. The role also involves staying informed on market trends and fostering client relationships.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License and strong knowledge of real estate principles and practices
Proficiency in Sales and negotiation skills
Customer Service expertise to provide exceptional client experiences
Understanding of Real Property management and related processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work effectively
Familiarity with real estate transactions in the New York City Metropolitan Area is a plus
